Villa Contarini's agenda for the next days: Saturday '' Along the Brenta''; on Monday the innovation in the PA, with Minister Brunetta
Tomorrow, Saturday 17 October, Villa Contarini in Piazzola sul Brenta will host a meeting addressed to tour operators in particular. The topic is '' The route of the Brenta from the Habsburgs to the Doges'': an innovative and articulated territorial marketing project developed and presented by the Cities of Bassano del Grappa and Levico Terme and shared, promoted and sponsored by the Region of Veneto and the autonomous Province of Trento.
In the meantime, in villa Contarini the exhibition '' Pope, from gesture to colour'' will go on until January 7, a retrospective of the contemporary visual artist Giuseppe Galli (a.k.a. Pope ). With the opening of the exhibition, at the end of September, the restoration of the display room on the first floor of the villa, a 400 square meters room which used to host the Camerini family's art gallery, was inaugurated. The exhibition can be visited everyday during the opening hours of the villa, from 10 am to 4 pm. ( closed on Wednesdays )
On Monday 19 October from 9,30 to 19,30 an important day of studying, entitled '' Modernizing the Public Administration for the development of the territory'' will take place. The Minister for the Public Administration and innovation, Renato Brunetta, will take part in the meeting organized by the PA 2010 Forum. Along him Giancarlo Galan, President of the Region of Veneto, Flavio Silverstrin, local authorities councillor and Renato Chisso, infrastructures councillor , will be present.
On Tuesday 20 October the eleventh day of Veneto's libraries will take place in Villa Contarini. The meeting is entitled '' The valorisation of the cultural heritage: Veneto experiences!'' The day will open with the intervention of Angelo Tabaro , secretary of culture of the Region of Veneto, Barbara Poli, President of Veneto's branch of the Italian Libraries Association and Ugo Sorgani, Regional director of cultural and landscape heritage.
Finally on Friday 23 October Veneto's tourism day is scheduled.
